"Most people think this is associated with the National YMCA but it is not. However, the Y is a great fitness center, has a lot of things that most Y's offer and more. They have a large swimming pool area kids family area and swimming lanes. Also, there is mens, women's and family dressing rooms. The Y has free weight and exercise machines with exercise classes. The facility has cafe where you can order food or smoothies."
