Winthrop Grade School

Winthrop Grade School is a primary school located at 23 Highland Avenue in Winthrop, Maine, United States. Our institution is committed to providing quality education to our students in a safe and nurturing environment.

We recently had a Family Involvement Event organized by Title I, where we had the pleasure of hosting author Sara Frautten, a member of the Winthrop community. Sara, along with her granddaughters, shared their experiences in writing the book "Good Morning Maine" with our students and families. It was a truly inspiring event that highlighted the importance of creativity and perseverance in the writing process.
