"No wonder why this clinic has only 2.5 rating! It's because of the services. Starting with the receptionist who I think don't know the word smile and doesn't know what's the meaning of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" my appointment was rescheduled after a month because according to them their priority is the one who will give birth. then why in the world you will schedule a patient in the same schedule, every patient should be a PRIORITY. I accepted that. Today I called since I'm 6 minutes late, if I can still go and they said yes. I told them I only live 10 minutes from them so I went then when I got there, they want to rescheduled because I'm 3 minutes late, FOR REAL???? If there is a 0 star, that's what I will give because they don't deserve a star at all. So be careful don't even think of going to this clinic, I should have trusted the review--- I'm telling you it's REAL. Go find other place or this clinic will just stress you out. Especially when you see the face of that receptionist, very rude, no manners. In a establishment you should be hiring people with friendly manners if you want to have a successful business. All the clinic not just the one here in Haverhill, even in Lawrence and Andover, their review is very low. I'm sure all the treatment is the same. Now I will look for another OBGyne because I need a doctor who is concern with her patients and not just for the money. Again BEWARE, don't go to this clinic, you will regret it!!!"

"Very rude people here. my daughter had a doctor's appointment and they cancelled her appointment and gave it to someone else who never cancelled her appointment..they were like yep sorry we are booked.. I said she has an appointment..they didn't care"

"Just brought my daughter in for her first Gyno appt. Granted it was 8:45am on a Monday morning and I know nobody wants to be at work including me but the front desk girl was so rude. I said good morning, twice, finally she was able to muster a hello. She wouldn't make eye contact and had no sense of customer service. I usually go to the office in Lawrence and I was thinking about switching because Haverhill is much closer but I would rather drive 15 minutes than to deal with rude people who don't know how to treat patients properly. We won't be going back thete."

"The person who coordinates scheduling is extremely unpleasant. Has an attitude every time I call as if I'm bothering her. Also will do nothing to help get you in to see someone. I asked for an appointment around my work schedule for 6 consecutive weeks(I work 3 days a week part time. It shouldn't be this difficult). She told me "Nothing is available and she has nothing available for the following month as well." I must've asked for at least 10 different dates. There was a different reason every time why it was not available. I moved here from Boston. I got better care at Brigham and Women's. They just opened a location in Lawrence. Although the providers here are nice, it's too much of a hassle just trying to schedule a time to be seen."

"First, I'll start out with the two NPs (Katerina and Alexis) are absolutely AMAZING. If they were the only care I had I would not be writing this post. However, my pregnancy journey here was overall horrible. I chose them specifically because Ann Cerami is a midwife, I met her and wanted her as my doctor. Well I only saw her twice in the very beginning, never again. They completely missed my glucose test and every time I asked a question I felt like I was just annoying whoever I was seeing that day (mostly Dr. Polonsky). When I asked for a membrane sweep she rolled her eyes and made me feel bad for even asking. I did not feel cared for AT ALL. I felt like I was another number to them. They pressured me into an induction which is the exact opposite of what I wanted but it was more convenient for them of course. They were no where to be found during delivery and post partum but made sure they billed me for it. It was very discouraging, if god-willing, I get pregnant again I will definitely make sure to vet the office I choose MUCH better. My advice, find somewhere that empowers women, not that treats them like a dollar sign."
