"I would give them zero stars if I could. They performed the wrong test (after I called ahead and was assured the correct one would be available at my appointment) and prescribed the wrong medicine (one that I had told them had previously made my symptoms worse). When I called and sent a message in the patient portal requesting a refund for my copay or some sort of compensation after careless and even harmful treatment, I received no response and had to go through Beigham patient relations. A month later I received a $600 bill from them for “use of hospital space.” I am appalled by the standard of care at what is supposed to be one of the best medical centers in the world."
