"This location is so difficult to work with both scheduling wise and with any paperwork. They have the weirdest hours that aren’t accurately listed anywhere. The entire office is closed to calls from 12 (it says 12:30 on the answering system but redirected my call at 12:08 and 12:17) to 1:30 every day and 1 singular person deals with medical forms for Brockton and Quincy. I went to pick something up 3x before I was able to find the office open and then to drop paperwork off 2x before it was open. Just so unacceptable for a medical office to not be open/available for their patients."

"Horrible horrible place. I went there for a lump in my breast and all she cared about was getting me on birth control when I didn’t want it. She completely brushed off the lump (which I got checked out elsewhere and it ended up being a tumor). I told her over and over I was not interested in birth control but she just kept pushing it and told me not to worry about the lump. I never went back."

"They are the worst i am never going to them aning I want on my way to my 930 app and I spend 9 dollars to get to the app and then they tell me I need to reschedule u said no I told u on the phone i was on my way i could have save 9 bucks so I am done"

"Curt and abrasive front desk lady... who refused to schedule an appointment within the recommended doctors orders. Then wanted the patient to schedule. Overall poor rapport building and bedside manner... usually had great experience here very surprised at the lackluster service today. Go to Quincy office if possible."
