I'm so glad I didn't because otherwise, the surgery would have only provided temporary relief given my rare type of endo. "I REALLY don’t ever write reviews about anything but Dr. McKenzie has been so helpful and I just had my 3rd surgery in general but my first surgery with him.. and when I say he is thorough oh my.. I was told I was only having 5 incisions I ended up having 6 but I’m so happy that I had the surgery! He sits there and listens to your concerns. He re-assures your that he will get every ounce of endometriosis out of your body it may take a couple surgeries but it’s so worth it! He’s very responsive to your messages even on weekends! "Dr. Malcolm gave me my life back. After suffering from debilitating periods since I was 16 I am free to enjoy my life again. Honestly, that isn't why I am leaving this review. The reason for this review is because of Dr. Malcolm's compassion to his patients. He has something that most doctors don't have these days, which is patience, and understanding. He will talk to you for hours on the procedure, and what is happening to your body. He will listen to you, and take your concerns seriously. He is an incredible doctor, and an amazing person. "Dr. Mackenzie gave me my life back. I have suffered with endometriosis and adenomyosis for years. I had an ablation surgery by a different doctor in Dec. of 2020 and I was in severe pain again just months later. It can be incredibly difficult to get your first appointment with the office and there is a very long wait list for his service but it is ABSOLUTELY 100% WORTH IT. Not only did he give me my life back; Dr. M has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced or witnessed. He truly listens to what you're going through, never use gaslighting tactics with me, and truly followed the treatment plan I wanted (with his advice in mind). I owe my life to this man. "Dr Kip Mackenzie is by far the greatest doctor I’ve ever seen. He is so knowledgeable about endometriosis and he is SO compassionate to his patients. He’s kind, helpful, and well worth the wait to get surgery. I was having a little complication after surgery (minor issue) and he called me at 8:30 pm to chat with me and check in. He sat with me before surgery and let me get a good cry out. He genuinely cares for his patients. Amid the pandemic, I was able to have Telehealth phone calls post op, and I got just as much out of them as I would in person. He answers every question and is so passionate about his work.
