"I am honestly confused as to why this office has such good reviews. I had tests done at Planned Parenthood that indicated I needed a colposcopy done straight away. This office refused to schedule me for one, even after having all my records sent over from Planned Parenthood (which was a terrible nightmare and took WEEKS as well as a million phone calls... Planned Parenthood had done everything on their end). This office would only schedule me for a "new patient appointment". I don't have the time or money for unnecessary appointments. I called Planned Parenthood back and they informed me that this office is not following the new guidelines that have been put into place regarding colposcopies, and luckily, Planned Parenthood was able to get me the care that I needed. Long story short... If you want crippling anxiety, a headache, wasted time & money, and outdated care, absolutely go here."

"I can't say enough positive things about Dr. MacMillan! I showed up at the St. Joseph's ER and she was the OBGYN on call. Her bedside manner was wonderful. She was warm and friendly, did an excellent job explaining my surgical options (and allowing me to make an educated decision without any pressure for one course of action over another). When, through no fault of Dr. MacMillan's, I wound up with post surgical complications a week later, she was quick to respond to me personally via the patient portal. She was not on call, but had me immediately come to the clinic and see her partner, Dr. Wasserman (also amazing). Following that, she continued to personally follow up with me via the portal. I had another follow up today. I did have to wait quite a while to see her, as she was called out for an emergency c-section. However, she is always worth the wait. She came in, was personable, and made me feel, yet again, like she could give me all the time I needed, in spite of her, undoubtedly, chaotic day. Truly one of the best health care experiences I have ever had. Thank you again Dr. MacMillan and staff!"

"Dr. Macmillan delivered my last child, during her visit at the hospital after the birth she sat down and chatted with me for almost 20 minutes. She is a compassionate,intelligent woman that puts you at ease and takes time for you. I saw her several times over the course if my pregnancy and she never rushed me along. She comes highly reccomended."
