"I canceled a follow up appointment with her due to Covid-19 reaching America. I didn't reschedule it, I cancelled it! The last place i want to be during a pandemic is the hospital! The office continued to call me and send me letters trying to get me to "reschedule". After not making another appointment, they sent me a final letter saying they wouldn't provide services for me anymore. I don't go to the doctor just to go to the doctor and spend money I don't have on services I don't need. Felt like I was just billable hours and she would find any excuse to keep me coming into the office."

No accountability for this negligence was taken and nothing done by the hospital despite my reporting it.
