"Honestly just find another gynecologist. Dr. Haag Rickert, I don’t even want to address her as a doctor because every single appointment I’ve had with her was a terrible experience. I got diagnosed with a condition in the beginning of me seeing her, and I was trying to get an understanding of it and she was so annoyed and basically disregarded every question I had. I understood she is a medical professional and was in a hurry so I shrug it off but her behavior was honestly unacceptable. My mother started seeing her for regular check ups and health issues and she needed a procedure done which I was there for. She didn’t even let the numbing injection kick in, my mom felt every cut and every suture. I felt soooo horrible and my mom only said the numbing injection kicked in after, when the procedure was already done. After the procedure, my mom asked her a couple questions regarding certain lab work which we were there to follow up with, which she responded with “they are not in my head, I can’t just tell you”. I was beyond angry at that response. We just wanted to know because she was supposed to get back to us regarding her lab work and to see if she needs any changes in her medication dose, and never got back to us for months after we did required lab work. We had to reach out again and re do the lab work all over again. Then she never sent out a prescription for a certain medication my mom needs which she said she will but once again did not. Just everything about this doctor made me upset and so angry. I disregarded and shrug off many of my interactions with her but honestly, just get a different gynecologist."

"If you are a young mom ask for Dr. Moran and someone else if there’s another OB. If you’re a new patient and young mom - forget it. Find a new practice to go to. She doesn’t listen to you, she cuts you off when you’re speaking, and will talk down to you as well as get disrespectful to you when you’ve given no reason for the disrespect. Two if my oldest sisters had her and she got disrespectful towards one. The other sister Dr. Haag told her that first time mothers can’t be two weeks early into labor. When she Checked my sister WAS two weeks early and needed to be brought into the delivery room. I gave her the benefit of the doubt until I had scheduled an appointment w/ her on 02/08/2022. I walked into the office for a note to restrict me from doing certain tasks from work because of my growing belly and the pain I’ve acquired throughout my pregnancy. There’s tasks I absolutely can not do because of pressure being put against my stomach and shock pains in my lower back. When she walked in she took out her pen and note pad and asked me to explain my job description. She laughed at me when explaining and told me it’s a typical excuse. Before I could continue on with other concerns she cut me off mid conversation, as she walks out the door she said she couldn’t pull notes out of her a** and that I needed to bring in a written job description. Dr. Haag-Rickert does not listen to you, she is arrogant, and dismissive."
