"I love Dr Rioux but the person-Linda who handles the accounts needs some customer service training. This is the 3 rd year I have been charged for a Tier 2 when it should be a Tier 1 according to my health Insurance ,Tuft's Navigator. Again I said to the person behind the desk that Dr Rioux is a Tier 1 and she said no she is a Tier 2. I shut up and paid the higher amount and then the next am I called the business office and got LInda. Who also told me she was too busy to talk to me. The Drama just to have your eyes checked .Why can't the office get the correct fees ?"
