"please do yourselves a favor and do not send your children here. my 8 month old was neglected 3 days in a row and i pulled her. i picked her up on a wednesday, she was scream crying, i asked what’s wrong and the teacher said “she was happy so we didn’t want to bother her by moving her to feed her and we knew you were coming to get her” WHAT??? she only ate 2oz in an 8 hour period. she usually eats 8oz every 2.5 hours. that’s 24oz she should’ve eaten. brought her home and she chugged 10oz of formula. i brought her thursday morning and said please feed my child. she needs to eat. went to pick her up, her teacher said she ate 8oz (not good enough but better than wed ig) she wrote down on the paper that she ate 3 oz in the morning and 5oz in the afternoon. as i get home and start cleaning out her bag, i notice an ice cold 5 oz premade bottle at the BOTTOM on the bag, underneath her extra clothes. friday comes around. i walked in and i said if my daughter doesn’t get fed, im pulling her and not paying this week. i go to pick her up. it was written on the paper that she ate 14 oz! yay! except the water i put in the bottles that morning, were still full…and my daughter was still screaming. so i pulled her. now i get it, teachers get overwhelmed, i was a daycare teacher myself and there were days that i had 3-4 kids by myself and yes its hard but that doesnt mean you get to neglect them. did i also mention how she always came home with food on her when she wasn’t eating finger foods yet? just formula? also had pink paint on her feet that was still wet and clearly weren’t washed. and finally, she came home one day in another kids clothes (boy clothes) and they were 2 sizes too big and backwards! please save yourself the stress and do not send your kids here. i’d leave 0 stars if i could."
"My son went to 123 Grow from 7 weeks old to 5 years old. The staff are amazing and very attentive to the children! He was well taken care of and his needs were always met. My son always loved getting up to go to school. He made such great friends and has great memories with his teachers. Ms. Cori is extremely easy to communicate and work with. She is attentive to both the children and the parents needs. I would highly reccomend this company and would send any of my future children to them."
"My son went to 123 Grow from four months old to about five years old when we decided to use the on site after school care at his school for convenience only, otherwise he would have stayed longer. For five years we were very pleased with the quality and communication of 123 grow staff, especially Cori Owen who is one of the sweetest and highly compassionate individuals I've seen working in a daycare. She truly cares about all the children and her staff, and she works hard to provide the best care for each family's needs. We never had any issues with 123 Grow in five years. I highly recommend. Thank you Cori for everything that you continue to do for everyone!"
"My grandchildren have been going to 123 grow for 16 years. We have NEVER had anything but great care and compassion for my grandchildren. Children catch cold and viruses in any pre school, daycare or regular school all the time. My grandchildren are in school now and get just as many colds ect. As in daycare. 123 grow is always clean, organized and the staff are always loved by my grandchildren. I know the manager Cori both personally and professionally and she is always very pleasant and attends to any concerns or requests immediately. Overall I would highly recommend 123 GROW. I think having 16 years experience with a daycare taking care of my grandchildren, I can assure you that 123 GROW is a great place for your children to be safe and well cared for."
"I would never recommend this place to any parent. I brought my child there and she stayed sick while there. I would pick her up soaking wet, snot-filled, and whenever, my family would keep during the winter, not so much as a cough. Cori Owen is the rudest, most unprofessional, crass manager I have ever met, even with all my patience. I reached out to Sandy, the owner and it's been two weeks, and still no word so I removed my child. All my neighbors warned they never heard good reviews of the place, and with all the management turnovers, name changes, and other highly suspicious practices, this place is still dump. Anywhere else is better."
