"I recently called for rates. The director was gone, I left my name and phone number and never got a call back. I called again and surprise director is still unavailable and when I informed the personnel that I never received a call back and was just looking for basic information she hung up on me. Definitely not a place I will be sending my children. If the personnel can not handle a phone call without an attitude, can you imagine how they handle your children. Scary."
