"I'm appalled at how they treat their children at this daycare. The director at this daycare made my nephew cry almost every week. She would yell at him that he could not enter his classroom, even though his classmates are in there, and it is right next to the main entrance. All he would do is enter, take his shoes off, and sit down to see his friends. The same thing every other child would do. But they would be rude to him and make him wait in the hallway before he could enter the classroom, we were never given an explanation as to why. I'm not exaggerating when I say my nephew would be smiling and laughing I'm the car, but the second he entered the doorat this daycare his entire body language would change and he would be very sad. Absolutely heartbreaking to see adults treat small children. If you want your kids to like school or to grow up happy, this is not the place for you."

"Choosing Bright Start was one of the best decisions for my son and family. He was coming from being at home with a nanny, and it was important to me he would have a warm and nurturing environment. The staff have welcomed him in with open arms! To hear from him how they rubbed his back during rest time, the photos sent throughout the day, and the transparent communication is something I value and appreciate. As a pediatric speech pathologist I have been impressed with the curriculum, weekly newsletters, and special activities. I feel confident every time I drop him off that he will be cared for and taught something new everyday!"

"Bright Start in Medway is a wonderful place. My daughter loves it as if they are her own family. She is learning so much, improving her language skills and has lots of fun with all the activities. The staff is caring and passionate, always keeps me updated on her well-being. The place is clean and organized; teachers are dedicated and my daughter loves them. It doesn't feel like I am bringing her every day to a daycare, more like her second family. Highly recommended!"

"Enrolling our son at Bright Start is truly one of the best things we have ever done for him. We started him there last September and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Ms. Jessica is amazing - she’s formed a beautiful connection with our child and I am fully confident in the education and care he is receiving there. His language, math and artistic abilities have truly flourished under her guidance. Ms. Miranda has been thoughtful, kind, and very communicative of all the comings and goings at the facility as they arise. Expectations are clearly communicated and understood from the get go, but they are always there to lend a helping hand in a tight situation. As someone who grew up in Medway and has subsequently boomeranged back now that I’m grown with children, it’s comforting to know that we have a facility like this to send our kiddos to."
