When I called to ask about these things before surgery, a nurse named Jill did not understand my questions, grew visibly (aurally, I guess? This was over the phone) frustrated, interrupted me repeatedly, and claimed that she had been clear all along. She said I would need to speak to Dr Kelly directly (great!) but then ended the call before I could give information about when I could be reached. When I did speak with Dr Kelly, she carefully explained that there was no medical reason for me to be experiencing the things I was experiencing. Fortunately I was able to get more thorough answers from my previous provider at Tapestry. Will be switching back to them. Edited to add, in response to the owner’s response below - last week I attempted to contact your office administrator about this issue & have not received a reply; therefore I left this review.
