"I went there with my family we were not from around there, we looked for a place to eat. I have a 4 year old. While we sat at the table a person start yelling at us ( I would say she belongs in a psych unit!) but she start swearing and show me and my family with my son there the finger! While no one from Paneras try to stop that! Well that being said I will never ever go back there! My son didn’t have to witness that and your staff didn’t even care to tell her to leave!"

"The manager and associates are very very rude and arrogant Whenever I entered to the store, one of the customer was complaining abiut his food and he was very upset When I want to pick my order, they got arrogant and so unhuman attitudes Shame on them and shame on panera bread new scotland ave breanch"

"Walked in today and was greeted very professional and to be honest I was shocked your employee Belit I believe is his name was ..is a great worker to have work for you business! I thought he was the boss but he said he was just an employee!!! He needs a raise and a promotion because I’m only coming back to get treated with the busy customer service I’ve seen in a while!!!! "Had a nice little lunch at the local Panera bread near the hospital during a work trip. The staff were very nice, however, the food was just alright. They did a good job making sure the spaces were being cleaned as people left, which is something that was great to see! All in all, not a bad place to sit and get some work done!"
