"I’ve been calling since the end of December because I’m pregnant and high risk. When I tell you I haven’t gotten a call, voice mail, email, nothing. They just answer and say someone will call me back and then I hear nothing. I’m fairly new to the area so I wasn’t privy to how terrible this office was with communicate or anything else until I read the reviews. I will be going elsewhere. This is not okay."

"I’m only sharing because I’ve never been so frustrated with any medical service before. I haven’t had a problem with this practice in the last 2 years, they have helped me when I needed it before. It’s been a week now where I haven’t gotten a call back from the office on sick visit or appointment availability. I’m directed to their call center, which is absolutely no help, for them to take a message. I’ve called 5 times and spoke to 5 different reps. Today I said never mind to the rep because I was tired of the rep saying he was leaving a message for the office. I’m appalled with how hard it is to get quality woman care today. I’ll take my chances and wait for a new patient appointment/availability elsewhere before trying to get into this established practice as an established patient again.. It should not be that hard for a current patient to get a call back for an appointment."

"Arrived to appointment early with full intention to sit comfortably in waiting room and read a book on my phone. Taken into exam room early and assumed this meant I would be seen by provider early. Turned my phone off and undressed from the waste down per instruction and waited. I sat undressed, no magazines, no phone for full 30 minutes. (No one even came in to see if I were in need of assistance or even okay.) After 35 minutes, I decided to get up and get dressed, as I assume they forgot I was there. It was very quiet and not busy at all. Poor experience and extremely disappointing."

"Just had a Trans V Ultrasound and a Hysteroscopy with Dr Medina. The Ultrasonographer was polite, professional and understanding, she was obviously a genuinely nice person. The nurse Dr Medina had for the D&C/hyster was probably one of the nicest nurses I have dealt with bedside. She explained everything in detail before the procedure and Dr Medina continually check on me throughout. The nurse held my hand and talked me through an uncomfortable yet necessary procedure. They did not appear to be in a hurry and the nurse walked me to the door when it was over. I am very happy with my care here and will be recommending it to everyone."

"Omg. I had my first pre natal appointment at womans care in Troy today andi dread ever having to go back. I was late to my ultrasound because my car wouldn't start then traffic. So I was 15 minutes late. The tech took a 5 minute measurement of the baby and sent me on my way. The nurse put my meds in wrong because she didn't want to put dose and didn't wait for scale to finish with my weight before leading me to room. Dr was condescending and checked my glands and did breast exam before sending me off. Got blood work and Tha was it. I was there over an hr and got zero care. Would not recommend this place."
