"There is poor communication between the daycare and the parents, almost no communication, unless you (as the parent) initiate the conversation. They blame the parents for their own lack of responsibility placing more burdens on the family structure when they are an organization that is being funded to aid and support families. There is also poor communication between the daycare with the schools, and Bus transportation. Where as the busses and the schools don’t have the daycares schedule and are not aware of closure/delays/or early dismissals. If you want to feel safe about where you’re sending your children, this is not the place."

"This place is a joke. The director is a rude disrespectful lady who thinks it's ok to speak down to a 9 month pregnant single mom of 3 because she won't sit outside with her 2 year old in the freezing cold for an hour because the bus is only allowed to stop if we are standing outside but shows up a half hour before pick up time to half hour after. I love love love my daughter's home daycare and if I had the money and a car I would pay out of pocket and drive my daughter myself just to get CCB out of the picture."
