"AWFUL. Why would you ever send your child here? Tuesday at 10:30 AM 1/10/2023 I was locked out of my car. Some young white woman, had a phone in her hand, darkish sunglasses, in her car, about to leave the back parking lot. I asked her if she would call AAA for me as I needed assistance. She said, I Can't Help You. wow. If she couldn't make a call for me, you really want to trust this place with your kids. No way. The First Babtist Church upstairs of course helped me. Thanks for nothing Childcare of the Berkshires for ruining my day."
