"Worst experience ever. Robin was so mean, she left me in the middle of the session saying she can’t complete as she has seizure issues. She asked me to leave without even getting the result I want. She cared only about the payment. I usually spend 1-2 hours sessions at salons in NYC, she took only 30 minutes and she was in a rush to go to the next client. Not professional at all, she was even talking about the next client behind her back. I’m so disappointed and surprised about not being professional at all. Also, only Robin works there, no receptionist no supervisor. Even the lashes are too light."
