"I have been seen stylist Amy for about a year now. I am new to dying and really wanted to explore what might be a good look for me. Amy has been absolutely amazing on this journey! I see her every few months, we've done balayage in the spring, and single process color and gloss. Amy has given such great advice and guidance on what will work. Amy also has helped me with growing my hair from a French bob with bangs to longer layers over this year. I always leave happy and in love with my hair, it's so strong and healthy as well! Thankful to have found Amy!"

"Received the Signature facial with Sasha. She is obviously knowledgeable, skilled and experienced in her technique. But she left the room for a large chunk of time because she thought I was asleep(she told me as much when she came back!!!) I still had product on my face so I couldn’t really move, but became uncomfortable on the table - too warm, no neck pillow/towel support. As a professional working in spas, I’ve NEVER just left a client in the room alone unless to quickly grab a product needed for the service. I was fairly surprised by this, and let down. Like most spa guests I love a good scalp and/or hand massage while the product sets. Sadly this was literally ignored because she wasn’t in the room. I gifted my best friend a facial service for her birthday, and I called to make sure we’d start and finish at the same time. Her appt began about 30 min late, so I had to wait for her and we didn’t get to relax together in the spa, which was the whole point of a girls spa day. Instead we had to rush to leave and make a dinner reservation. It just seemed all very disorganized and a lack of caring. For a luxury spa and the price, I was unpleasantly surprised."

"I received an incredible signature facial from Alina! She was so kind and knowledgeable, and she took the time to discuss my skin concerns with me. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after! Also, the facilities/amenities at this spa were fantastic. Overall very impressed and I’ll definitely be back!"
