"Our son is currently enrolled in Cheri Close's home daycare program, and we have been incredibly happy since day 1. For a number of reasons, Cheri's home daycare is unlike any home program I have seen or heard about from others. Here are the most important reasons we would highly recommend her program to any family considering. 1) We LOVE her space. It is large and completely separate from her home and is set up much like you would expect to see at a center. The space is open, safe and free from clutter. She has developmentally appropriate toys and books and above all, she keeps it so clean! We LOVE it. 2) Cheri provides careful written daily documentation of each child's day (e.g., meals, diapers, behaviors). She is excellent at communicating with parents. She also writes progress reports and holds an in-person conference to discuss her reports. 3) Cheri follows a daily schedule that is shared with parents upon enrollment. Her program is organized and structured - perfect for young children! She also provides parents with a detailed handbook that outlines all of the expectations, along with policies on closures, etc. 4) Cheri is one of the kindest, most caring women you will meet. She has such a warm, nurturing rapport with the children. She is highly knowledgable about developmental expectations. She is professional. I knew right away when we visited that her center was right for our family. Our son took to her right away. He is happy when we leave him in the morning and when we pick him up at the end of the day. He also loves the other children who are in the program. I highly recommend Cheri Close's daycare. You and your child will both be so happy if you choose her program. You can trust that your child will be receiving high quality care. Cheri is superb!"
