"I’ve been to Nelson’s several times, I’ve bought ammo & firearms. My first time buying a handgun was the day after my 21st birthday which was during the uprise of covid in Maine, I went to Nelson & told him what exactly I was looking for. Nelson helped me out & found something I actually liked. Last Friday, I purchased an AR-15 from Nelson & got a very good deal for it. That night I went & shot the rifle & had some very unsafe issues. Today I went back & talked to Nelson, informed him that the rifle was unsafe & he asked ME what I would like to do. I said either an even trade or refund. Nelson had another AR-15 in stock that was $250 more then what I paid for my original one. He traded me that firearm for the one I originally purchased for not a penny more. Nelson has perfect respect & wants to ensure his customers are always satisfied. This will be my forever dealer."
