"If I could give 10 ☆, I certainly would. This place is 1st class. We are independent drivers leased through Tracker. Each time we deliver to Raymond facility, the ladies on the phone are just the sweetest, and there is Dylan, he is an amazing employee. Very professional at his job and unloads the fastest of anyone around and he does it by himself. (4 boats in under 30 minutes). This is by far our favorite delivery destination. They treat trucker drivers like we are people and even offered coffee when when in to wash up after delivery. Again this is a first class operation. Sincerely Preston and Kathy Shivers"

"Complaint is for servicing only, i.e. sales staff follow mission statement. Service manager perpetually grumpy and difficult to deal with. This year received unwashed pontoon boat covered under company's Complete Care Plus Plan. Fuel not topped off and no fuel additive. Cannot confirm if boat was even serviced this year. Also warranty item not fixed despite documented requests 2 years running. Mission statement ends with "services that exceed our customers expectations ". That is not the case here! Will see if they respond"

"Recently bought a boat with Sean at the Raymond location and also worked with Annie in the finance department. Really enjoyed our experience because of his relaxed personality and his non-pushy sales experience. Sales people usually give me anxiety, but Sean was great at hearing out our needs in what we were looking for in our boat and offered suggestions. We walked off the lot with a great sale and couldn't be happier with the customer service experience we have received."

"My family and I rented a camp for the week on Raymond Pond from 6/26 to 7/1, I reached out to Port Harbor Marina to see the availability to rent a Pontoon Boat for the week. The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at. During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation"
