"Very discriminating staff that accuse customers of being thieves and the fact they deny sales of products based on how one smells is highly inappropriate and completely uncalled for since they have no clue how that person lives or may lack the amenities. The staff gossip more than high-school teenagers at a prom quite. The management does nothing to employees that treat customers like dirt. They all put a smile on their faces while they talk behind your back. The food is barely cooked half the time because they have incompetent staff. I've heard directly from several people that work there that they've tried to have employees fired just because they weren't doing well enough but were trying their best. It's very hostile at this location, and the management does little about it. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, and I would recommend just passing along this joint."

"Normally I have a great experience, with great food and awesome cashiers. Today however I was told my stamp card (which allows for free food after 5 stamps) wasn’t able to get stamped due to it being out of the grab and go case? Never ever have I had this problem before and to be honest makes no sense to me. Basically if I had ordered the burger before hand I would’ve gotten the stamp but because I grabbed a pre made burger it doesn’t count?! That’s kinda ridiculous! I’ve been coming to rusty lanterns all over the state since their inception and this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a hard time over getting my free food card stamped. Probably going to go to a different rusty lantern until they can properly train their employees to all be on the same page. I drop hundreds of dollars a month here and to not get a stamp on a service for something you guys offer just feels like a slap to the face! I stop here before work and do not have time to wait for you guys to make a sandwich… The female cashiers are amazing, funny, and very patient. This was a new cashierI had never dealt with. So I’d probably stear clear of him if you want to take advantage of the service that rusty lantern literally offers. Would’ve loved to have given a five star reviews but the way it was handled just rubbed me the wrong way… Edit: one of the guys there told me that it’s the manager and not the employees, so I apologize to the gentleman I called out, every rusty lantern but this one stamps my card no problem, so this manager should get off her high horse and realize that people spend lots of money here and there’s no difference between food ordered and food in the warmer box. I spend ten dollars a day and to not be able to get a stamp for a free 5$ item is just ridiculous. I feel sorry for the amazing employees at this place having to put up with that level of scrutiny. Also bring back the stuffed crust pizza it was phenomenal! I do gotta say the lady in the morning absolutely kills it with her cooking. It’s definitely tastier then some of the other rusty lanterns! I give her a five star rating all day!"

"After addressing issues with the coffee creamer dispenser, I am please that improvements have been implemented. Thanks for making my experience a good one with great coffee and plenty of creamer during my last several stops. The store is organized and easy to move around with plenty food options and the clean restrooms are appreciated. Thank you"
