"I've been a customer for a while now and have always had a good experience. We had a little SNAFU with a gun mod and Nick and Mark went above and beyond to correct the situation. These are great people to deal with and I will always go there. Knowledgeable and helpful.Once again, Thank you guys so much!!"
"Very friendly staff that will help you find what you need if you know already or will show you options that you might not know existed. Awesome selection of in stock items and a great class three selection also, has become my go to shop over the last year. Also had a great selection of Medford and Microtech and bench made knives."
"Wanted to attach my new PA scope and cantilevered scope mount to my Saint Victor. I researched how to do it but didn’t have a torque wrench and way to bore sight it so approached NEF to do it for me. They advertise this service on their website and a certified gunsmith with over 30 years of experience. This is what I got....the cantilevered mount was placed on backward...instead of the eye piece flush with the charging handle it protrudes two inches back so that there isn’t any eye relief and it’s hard to pull the charging handle. I would have to hold my rifle out off my body to shoot. On top of this he left the iron sights on but because he tried to get the scope forward as much as possible the front sight can’t close properly on the rail. Don’t know what he was thinking? Wouldn’t reimburse my debt card. Not making another hours drive down there. Will go elsewhere. Makes me question if they even bore sighted it though they said they did? Friendly staff. Good selection but pricey....Terrible gunsmithing services. Hey guys!....a good news update... went to Velocity Arms LLC in Skowhegan and they got it right....first time for half the price . Check out the image of what it should look like when attaching a scope onto an AR10."
"Kind of a funny story. I was searching for two Glock 43 X’s to purchase at the same time, and was running into different barriers at other stores I stopped at (mainly pricing and inventory). I am a huge car nut and drove into the driveway because I saw a new BMW M8 competition there. When I went in the store they had exactly what I was looking for, and the staff was extremely helpful. Quick process too! I highly recommend stopping by and I’ll be back!"
"I got both my gun and handmade holster from here and I love both. The guys inside are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. If you need a custom holster, Marke does an excellent job! Very well made and reasonably priced! My go too place"
