"Went there April 2023 , wanted a price on a boat and wouldn't even look it up. Seem cold, stand offish with poor customer service. They will not get my business or my 4 kids business for the years to come even though they are the closest boat dealer near me. The 1 star reviews are very similar to what I experienced also..... I saw your response and that's funny as I never said my price point, I simply said I want a tiller deep v that has a 5 person capacity and he wouldn't look it up and told me to check starcrafts website, I went there for a price. Seems as with all these reviews that are 1 star you have some story or excuse, try changing your ways and maybe your reviews will change. By the sounds of it I seriously doubt that will happen. Best of luck with your future reviews as my guess is you will need it."

"Excellent service with friendly experienced mechanics and staff will take great care of whatever you. You are in good hands at this mariner. I won't go anywhere else for my boat needs. Nice to have a place I can trust to be there if needed."

"I was warned not to use this marina. Mike can be pretty off at times. However two years ago I went and purchased about $7, 000 worth of docsks. Then I found out that my town only allowed floating docks so I called the marina and told them to not cash my check, however it was a Friday. Because I needed the money I put a stop payment on the check so I wouldn’t have to get money back from them. So they were able to cancel the order with no problem. I even ended up paying them A $15 bank charge, as they tried to cash the check and it wouldn’t go through. I’ve used them to winterize my boat for the last two years. And today after Mike gave me an appointment to winterize my boat he called and canceled because of “bad” business dealings. I would avoid these guys at all costs. Also I am sure Mike or son will tilt the story a bit in his response to this but please text me or email me if you want additional information. Avoid whites marina at all costs. €€€Update since owners response below€€€€ I changed the number to $15. But that was not the point anyway. Very “curious” to see that there were three reviews written over the last three days, since I wrote mine. So not only does this company treat their customers badly as you can see in the Google Reviews as well as many other sites (just google “whites marina reviews Norway” and you will see) out there, but they enlisted people to write fake reviews. ( Michael Adams, Wayne C and Matt W- Interesting to note that the three guys are Nick’s friends on Facebook. Enough said there I guess) total fraud’s. Avoid. Many other options out there. Reputations are earned and they are not fabricated as Whites does here. And as Mikes son very eloquently said in his response “ just walk away”....I couldn’t have said it better myself."

"These guys are the best! This year I purchased a new boat to replace an existing boat I purchased from them and I couldn’t be happier. The sales process was smooth and efficient, delivery was as planned and I received a complete and thorough overview of the boat and all it’s operating parameters. I should mention that this is one of at least five boats I have purchased over the years and the process was the same, consistently great! Last year I purchased a dock extension from them that I am very pleased with and plan to replace additional dock with their consultation and installation. The service they provide is top notch from winterizations through help getting my boat started when I accidentally drain the battery. As I said, these guys are the best!"
