Reviews
"Editing my review. We waited for 4 1/2 hours to be seen by anyone. The triage nurses were very kind and helpful while we waited. The ER staff couldn’t have been any nicer! Only issue was how long we waited."
"I would give it zero point if possible. I brought my son in at 12 am and am still waiting for the doctor at 5 am. This is not definitively urgent care. Please wait to go to regular pediatric office unless your kids are dying."
"We have been here for almost 9 hours. My 4 year old was vomiting, hadn't peed in about 16 hours, lethargic, etc. We waited in a tiny little waiting room for more than 4 hours. We were finally brought upstairs to a room and I still have no answers or any information about what's wrong with my daughter. I will never come here again this is awful"
"Brought our 2 year old daughter here bc she was projectile vomiting for 48hrs straight. We sat in the emergency room lobby for 6.5 hours straight with zero communication from the staff. When a Dr finally came out to speak with us they left us hanging with lackluster communication as to what we could expect to happen next."
"Brought my 5 month old to be seen yesterday around 2am, was trying to get registered with the security guard and there were 3 girls in the patient check in desk being so loud (they were 10 feet away) that I couldn’t hear the gentleman who was right in front of me and had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times. When I walked over to be checked in they were still loud and talking about food and the girl checking me in had to Shush the other 2 at least 2x while checking me in because we couldn’t hear each other. My son was in respiratory distress and I told the girl that and they all heard me and continued with the ridiculous banter and unprofessionalism. When is at down the other girl joined back in and they were yelling across the way to the security guard asking him more questions about food and cooking. This is a pediatric unit with parents who are frightened and sick children, this isn’t a social event. No idea why there were three of them crammed in there anyway, I was the only one there upon checking in. I get that you have to get through your shift and you want to chat with your colleagues, I’m all for that, but when patients walk in shut up until they aren’t in hearing range and have some compassion. Staff was AMAZING in the back! Brought one of my other children here last year as well: he fell and his lip was busted like the joker. We waited in the waiting room for HOURS with an open cut, they didn’t give us ANYTHING. We kept getting clean tissues or gauze but that’s it. He was finally stitched 7 hours later and he ended up with an infection which I FULLY blame on the fact that he had an opened wound and was lingering in a dirty waiting room for so many hours."
