"I canceled my service one year ago, so I was very shocked to receive a bill in the mail as if I was still using their service. When I called the biller they told me I need to call my agency and let them know. Then I go, "but I did that a year ago". They replied, "well they have not told us". So in essence, when you cancel, make sure the insurance association gets the notice too cause word of mouth won't do."
