"We have been dealing with Nick Parker for 3 years now through liberty mutual, he has been unhelpful in every situation that we needed help with. We have tried calling and emailing over the years at least 3-4 times on things that we needed help with and we would never get a response. As a local insurance agent if I call or email with a question I would at least expect a response even if it was a week later. I recently called him multiple times and no answer and then finally set up a meeting. I decided to call one last time and he answered I asked him to cancel all of our policies, home, auto and ATV because of the price increase but mainly because of his poor customer service over the years. I checked my mail today and had a letter of cancelation due to non payment because he never canceled any of our policies almost a month ago. We are not the only people, I have talked to other people and they have said the same thing. That he does not respond. I would not use him as a local agent."
