"It’s hard to rate I don’t have any accidents or incidents. Rate seem to stay about the same, which is very expensive. Also, I have three motorcycles. I can only ride one at a time, but I am charged for each one individually. Doesn’t make much sense to me. 2000 vstar 1100. $110 2007 Vstar 1100. $120 2018 KTM 690. $140 I’m confused"

"I only wish I could give them zero stars. Allstate Insurance deprived me of the use of my car for over a month because they failed to perform the supplemental inspection, that they require, in a timely manner. On June 17, 2022 my car was hit in the parking lot at Roger Williams University resulting in a dent in the left front fender and door panel. I filed a claim with Allstate Insurance. Allstate sent an appraiser from IANET to my house. He provided an Estimate of Record on July 12, 2022. The estimate (Workfile ID: c3a3c7aa) listed “Days to Repair: 3”. The Estimate contained the following statement in the boilerplate: NO SUPPLEMENT WILL BE HONORED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL/INSPECTION BY APPRAISER AND INSURANCE CO On August 17, 2022 I delivered my car to Inskip Warwick (AKA Warwick Collision Center), 1515 Bald Hill Rd, Warwick, RI. When completing the repair they found hidden damage requiring a supplement as noted above. This is where the problem started. On August 29, 2022, I received an email from Inskip stating “… we requested all state to come back out here on the 22nd and they still have not responded to us for additional damage that we have found.” I immediately contacted Allstate by phone and, after several lengthy calls (over 2 hours being disconnected and shuffled from department to department) in which I was provided with incorrect information, was assured that an appraiser would contact Inskip that day to schedule an appointment. According to Inskip, they did not. On September 8, 2022 I received a further communication from Inskip stating “We were just talking about your car. Allstate still has not come out to see it so unfortunately, I can’t release it as of yet. We have contacted them twice already.” Again, I called Allstate. After several calls (several hours) in which I was basically told that there was no way to speed up the process so that I could reclaim my car, was finally told that the inspection would take place on September 13, 2022. September 14, 2022: I emailed Inskip this morning. They responded “They were here yesterday to inspect the car, but we are still waiting for them to get us back the paperwork for it. Hopefully we will receive it today and I will be able to release the car to you.” In short, it took Allstate 24 days to respond to the request to perform the supplemental inspection that they require. I have been deprived of the use of my vehicle for over four weeks for a repair estimated to take three days."

"I’ve been dealing with the same issue for 5 months. Talked to 3 different agents in this office. 2 agents gave me inaccurate info leaving me in an unfortunate situation I’m in now. The 3rd agent NEVER called me back as promised. 2 weeks after speaking with the 3rd agent corporate is calling me saying that the agents gave my inaccurate information and will NOT help even though what took place was of NO fault of my own."
