"I use to shop at Sam's club concord nh I always paid cash for my membership but I use debit card at register so I can scan n leave . SAMS CLUB took it up on themselves to go through my receipts and charge my renewal to my debit card without authorization. They more n likely do this to people who don't keep track of their funds . I live on budget how dare they STEAL FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR SHAME NO WONDER YOUR A BIG CORPORATION ILL GOTTEN GAIN IS FLEETING your response is weak HOW DID IT GET TURNED ON TO AUTO RENEW? One must have done it by hand. I only pay cash for membership.one had to have gone out of their way to take 110 dollars you even over charged It's hundreds you stole 110. You took it upon yaself to get into my account and that is illegal GET REAL SAMS CLUB I WOULD BE IN JAIL if I did what you indulged in now you won't give my money back for seven to ten days . Only took you a second to steal it at least have the common decency to put it back immediately . Y"

"the place has good prices, but the Preston employee who helped me at the checkout didn't help at all. If I had gone through the self-checkout I would have worked less, I gave him the cart and he made me go back and put everything on the conveyor belt, big and heavy items but the same, then I had to put them all into the cart again while he looked at me lol, in short he could have scanned them inside the cart itself. need to improve customer service!"

"7/16/23 I had Sams Club put new tires on my car. Immediately after the repair, the tire light was on in my dashboard. We went back into the store and they said that was normal, it would shut off. 7/21/23, one of the tires fell off, while going 65mph down Route 89. The frame of the car hit the ground, the metal on cement is difficult to stop. It caused over $2000 of damage to my car plus towing as it was undriveable. The state trooper that assisted at the scene said he wasn't the mechanic, but the way the bolts were completely sheared, it looked like the bolts had been over tightened. I reported what happened to the store manager who was very empathetic and got all of my information sent over to their insurance dept. From there, I was told their technicians did a very good job and it wasn't their fault the tire fell off. I had tires put on and less than 5 days later, they are falling off and Sams Club has taken no responsibilty yet!"

"I’ll avoid this place as much as I can. They have some good deals, but the way they treat customers is terrific. Last time I was there I went through the cashier desk, NOT SELF-CHECK-OUT and the cashier forgot to scan two packages of water so I figured it out than one of their staff checked my cart at the exit. Long story short, they made me come back to the line with the heavy cart and my one year old who was very unhappy at that point to pay for those waters. They even didn’t help me push the cart! NO HELP, NO SERVICE!!! Today morning I stopped there on the way to work to grab just a couple items and the cashier called the manager because she couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my card. Here comes the manager and says “Im sorry, you can’t shop here until 10am because you’re not a +member “ I had just two things to buy and I told her “I didn’t know, please could you swipe your card so I can buy those things” she said “NO, YOU CAN COME BACK AFTER 10am” Well at this point I probably should get plus membership because I shop there every week or two and every time I end up with a lot more things than I planned to buy as probably a lot of people do. But the thing is I just do not like any plus and special memberships, I never use bonuses of those, I just personally do not like it and I was fine with my regular membership card. Maybe not all of the stores like that, but Concord Sam’s club I go to do not appreciate their customers and treat them poorly."

"Good place to buy. The staff are very kind and are happy to help, you can tell! You can also buy a huge 1/5 slice of pizza and a large fountain drink for $2.50 and the pizza taste good! Where else can you get that deal. I recommend this place for sure.."
