"Do not get insurance through this agency. This agent and his employees are rude and ignorant towards their policy holders. The office manager is rude and hung up on me, when I tried calling back I was hung up on 8 more times. When I finally got to speak to Robert after him dodging me all day he was just as rude and condescending as the rest of the staff. And if you get Michael and are on the phone for 2 hours going over your policy make sure you read your agreement because he’s negligent and not transparent and will lock you in with a thousand dollar deductible without your knowledge so he can get your business."
