"I’ve had good and bad experiences here. The first time I went I got a gift certificate for a gift. I had a good massage but the check out process was clumsy. I went today and was 2 minutes late for my 30 minute massage appointment. I went to the bathroom then waited in the “relaxation room” for Lisa. She greeted me and took me to a room then asked if I wanted to reschedule because I was late. I explained I was there but had to use the bathroom. She was rude and said she had another appointment next so I would only get a 15 minute massage. I said ok well let’s do that. She acted bothered to do it and didn’t communicate instructions well. Upon check out the receptionist charged my boyfriend’s card after I told her to use mine and then took awhile to process it while checking in a new guest. Needless to say I wont be back."

"Everything about the experience was exceptional ! I found a parking spot right away :), The spa itself is clean and beautiful with a calming ambience . The receptionist who greeted me was friendly, sweet, informative , and helpful. Deirdre, the massage therapist was completely professional : asked pertinent questions , listened carefully, addressed my concerns, and also found other issues which she addressed skillfully. Overall, it was a great experience ! Thank you !"
