"Late spring early summer I wanted some custom exhaust work done on my silverado. I wanted 3 inch pipes bent and have some tips that I had installed. I was quoted a very fair price. They were able to perform what I wanted. They welded the exhaust instead of using clamps. It looks and sounds exactly how I wanted it done. In October my wife’s GMC failed inspection for a muffler leak at the seam. I made an appointment with Erick. They installed a new muffler and flex pipe and again it was a very fair price. The dealer wanted over 2k for the work."

"I took my son's Subaru in for an exhaust job after taking it to another shop and not getting the results he wanted and the communication from the shop he said they had detailed in the original repair conversations. Had received recommendations to go to Erik's from an auto chain in the Bedford area. Employees there showed their results and experiences to my son and I. I had my brother in law make an appointment for me for my off Friday from work. When I got there and walked into the shop I was greeted by one of the employees. I was a little nervous when the employee didn't see my appointment on the schedule. I was assured that sometimes appointments get written down in places other than the calander. First impressions... if you are looking for a clean, extravagant, dealer level waiting room this is not the place. However as a guy and a motor head and someone who likes auto work my self, it was both functional and just fine. Besides I didn't stay there long as the staff was comfortable with me right out side the bay watching and providing input as the job started and all the way through the process. Eric and his staff were polite and super friendly. I even got to interact with his wife and see her exhaust done by her husband and her sound system. His co worker even talked about cars and music growing up. I felt like I was hanging with family out in the yard. When the job was done Erik pulled the car around as I waited in the office. He said it sounded good. I wasn't sure as it sounded the same as when I brought it in. As I got in and started to leave it became obvious it was not the same at all. I knew as I drove it home it was just what my son wanted. When he arrived home from school you could tell he was anxious to hear it. As a joking dad I had to prank him and tell him it sounded the same and that they suggested a different muffler. You could see his heart sink in his face. I told him to stand behind it as I started it and reved it slightly. The smile on his face said it all. It was everything a parent could wish to see on their kid after trying to fix an issue for them. I'm so happy with the whole process and experience at Erik's. I recommend them to anyone needing any exhaust work or automotive repair done. I plan on returning hoping Erik and his crew can help me install an exhaust on my F150.
