"Public access to the water is everything. However the town and state should reestablish system for leaving car overnight. It's vital to make access real for kayakers going out for an overnight stay at on of the many great campsites in Casco Bay!"
"A very large and clean boat ramp area. Fairly steep incline into the water. Lots of activity here, both motorized and on foot, so keep off-leash pets clear of people putting their boats into the water or trying to enjoy their lunch. Really nice, stone picnic benches. Great water views. Well-kept lawns and garden areas. This is an A+ boat ramp with more than just a rudimentary ramp and water access. Just be cognizant of others. And clean up after your pets (poop bag stations are available)."
