"Constantly bombarded by Mai with trying to sell package deals. I opted to remove myself from sales and was told I no longer will receive appt text notifications. Appt cancelled last minute, turnaround for clinical staff is high, cannot stay on track with treatments due to the fact that scheduling is poorly observed, when I finally got serviced for my appt, clinical staff was late by 7 minutes to start treatment. The equipment used works well as I have benefitted from it from previous treatments in previous visits."

"So happy I started laser treatments again. After 1st treatment, I noticed a big improvement in less facial hair. I love the fact that there are many locations. I chose Milan in Revere because it is on my way to work. I make an appointment and pop in before or after work. Super easy. The staff is always super friendly and informative. I had to add an updated review. 1st, I have to say that my treatments are going well. I definitely see an improvement. 2nd, the staff for some reason never seem to stay here for a long period of time. I have seen over 6 different employees since May of 2023. Regardless, the staff has always been kind and courteous. Lastly, Milan has new machines. I personally do not like it. Before a cold shot would shoot after the area has been treated. Now constant cold air is being pointed at you. And depending on the setting could be very strong. Now it sounds like a good idea but if some people like myself are a lil claustrophobic and that air is being directly in your face, it is not a good feeling. And unfortunately it cannot be turned off. Personally, the old machines should come back."

"I switched over here from the Medford location due to convenience and both locations offer the same level of amazing results, I really love the service here. Everyone is so nice! Also, there's always plenty of parking in their giant lot."
