"Over the last two weeks I've visited two doctors and been prescribed steroids and muscle relaxers for a pinched nerve that left my neck kinked to one side with severe pain in my trapezius , back, and right arm. I also had numbness in my hand. My every motion was impacted by the pain and muscle spasms.
