"I was had way more than 6 laser (what I was told originally it would take for hair removal) treatments with poor results. I continued with many more treatments each time being told just one more should do it. One day I had a treatment on my face that turned into a bad burn the next day. The minute the owner saw the burn she stopped treatments and said there was nothing more she could do. She was afraid I would sue her. Run for the hills and don’t go here. They never use numbing cream and if I didn’t get burned, which caused a permanent scar on my face, she would still be giving me treatments saying one more should do it. Don’t go here for laser hair removal!!!"
