"I had Botox done on my neck by dr Rosy and paid 600 .00 dollars she pinched my neck two times in each side after two weeks no difference, made an appointment for a touch up and she said I don’t usually do the neck area so why didn’t she say that to me before I paid all that money????? NOT VERY NICE!!!!!!Not to forget to mention my twin sister had Botox done with her also and her wrinkles are all there and she charged her more!!!!! I found a better place and my sister will not be going back anymore!!!’Watch out no results and empty wallet!!!ITS A BIG NO NO NO!!!!!!!!"

"I found the the front desk staff here rude, dismissive and condescending. Unfortunately this is not entirely uncommon for a Med Spa, which is why I chose to look beyond their staff in case their work happened to be exemplary. I had a number of procedures done here and I was not happy with my results. The practitioners who did my procedures were not fully informed, nor did they offer accurate advice. Which could have resulted in real long term issues. I am grateful that it has not, but it has resulted in thousands of dollars put forward with no results. As I have experience with the procedures, I think it was largely operator error. I also met with the doctor on a few occasions. While I found her to be far more educated on the procedures offered than her staff, she seemed always to be rushing and at times was very dismissive. I also found them over priced, for the quality of service offered, and not up front with their pricing. I will not be return. I would also go so far as to recommend you not choose this spa for your procedures. The poor practices that I was lucky enough too not experience negative side effects from, could have in all reality had disastrous repercussions for my face."
