"I’ve been wanting to take a yoga class at Blue Lotus Spa and I’m so glad I did! When I first walked in, Christine welcomed me and I felt right at home. When I went into the yoga room , it was peaceful and beautiful. Christine set up bolsters, blankets, and straps. She is VERY accommodating and wants her clients to be happy and comfortable. I love the playlists for the yoga, soothing and relaxing. At the end of the session, Christine offers lavender eye pads and blankets to complete the experience. The Monday melt sessions are great as well as the gentle yoga on Tuesdays. I have enjoyed my experience at Blue Lotus Spa. You have to try the restorative classes that Christine offers on certain Sundays. I have to say that my body has never felt better and look forward to my weekly class!"
