My last two appointments were with Molly and she made me so comfortable while I was having anxiety about starting treatment on new areas. Over all amazing service and would recommend to all! Here I am 1year later, finalizing my treatments with my last couple sessions and Kiana has been nothing less than amazing and now Isabella, sad to hear Kiana is no longer with the company but Isabella was just as awesome, good energy, positive attitude, amazing customer service. Overall the customer service here is amazing, went to Marlborough and I definitely CAN NOT say the same. The manager was just not it, horrible attitude and service. Sticking with Needham location for sure!"

Barb explained the whole procedure to me and completely tailored the facial to my specific skin type. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment.
