Every person I've had the pleasure of meeting has been extremely knowledgeable and made me feel totally comfortable, whether I was getting an IV or lip filler! I've interacted most closely with Brie, Maria, Dr. Lieman, and Sera, and I cannot even begin to express how wonderful they all have treated me - I can only imagine the rest of the staff is equally as lovely. I've loved the results of every procedure I've had done, especially my lips - Brie did an amazing job and totally improved my confidence. I am constantly recommending Elite to everyone I know - so thankful for the entire team!"

"My first time coming here was a horrible experience I came here because they offered the tread lift which turned into a disaster I had major puckering and my self-esteem went to a complete zero I couldn't even look in the mirror without crying! When I went to Dr. Lieman she couldn't help me because they didn't have any laser that could breakdown the threads however, she did a few botox shots for free which did nothing and didn't even offer my money back it would of been the right thing to do then sent me on my way. I had to go to another medical spa and spend more money to breakdown the treads. I should of learned my lesson the first time but I gave them another try this time I went there and had a consult with Caroline she was very nice and assessed my face and said I needed fillers for my total face $3,500 so I agreed. I received 1 dysport in my neck and 1 restylane in some spots on my back jaw she asked that I wait a few months which I did. I came back in to express how unhappy I was and wanted my money back she was going to get back to me so I left and when I called again Maria at the front desk said I can't schedule without signing a disclaimer which states no refunds LOL!! I signed and scheduled another appointment to get my money back due that I had this treatment BEFORE I signed and then Caroline became ill so I waited till she came back and again expressed my concern and she said she couldn't help me. I was given the wrong diagnosis for my concern I want my $3,500 back I am beyond upset on how I was taken advantage of for the second time and treated so disrespectful!"
