"I’ve been a cosmetologist for over 30 years and most of it I spent going to the Sally’s in Billerica MA but unfortunately they closed they had the most kind knowledgeable helpful staff. I for the third time visited this store and it will be the last time. I have NEVER encountered more rude employees anywhere in my life! I left my entire filled basket at the counter and told the girl she can keep it with her attitude! And I walked out. The first visit same thing very rude when asked for a specific item and I ended up walking out. Second visit I had 4 items and waited almost 10 min for someone to come up and ring me out but they were to busy laughing and having fun in back then to help the customer!"

"The worst workers I've ever encountered. Everytime I go in there, the same two ladies are working in there. One person named Lisa was so rude to me when I was just asking a simple question on the phone. She is not fit for the job because she doesn't even know how coupons work! Today I went there again hoping I could get a better worker and there was a very rude African lady who wouldn't take a coupon code from me when I had the code but my phone just happened to die when I was at the register. She was so rude about it, and said that everyone just passes coupons around. But the coupon I had was ON THE WEBSITE so anyone can just pull it up. She just wanted to give me a hard time. Both these workers do not know how to interact well with customers and they should be fired. I will never go there again. Worst workers ever. I hope they both see this review or their managers because they need to get a new job or get fired."
