"Writing this post to clear the way for anyone looking for their vehicle to get done in a timely fashion at this destination. As someone who deals with customers on a daily basis I would never bring a vehicle here so they can tell you a song and dance of they are short staffed and had to push it out another week and 4 and half months later after the vehicle has diminished value and is still not done. This guy Rich who says he is the owner in which I asked to speak with after losing my patience tells me more lies of why it is not done. Clearly they collected the insurance check and could care less at this point. Very upsetting that these type of antics still happen in today's times with no recourse..."
