"I went into the store a week ago with my sister in law and the manager was extremely rude. She seemed not at all like she wanted to help us. not to mention she had horrible discolored hair yellow and red. I asked her a question about color and she kept telling me that she knows what she was talking about as she is a cosmetologist. She also gave me a hard time when it came to return policy’s if the color did not work out properly. I’ve been to many stores and they usually always specify returns are very considerable based on how you like the outcome of your product. She also was talking down to one of her employees that actually seemed like she knew more than her. I will not be coming back to this location until a new manager is in place. shameful as it is my closest location. I remember the manager being an employee at Kingston"

"The sweet man helped me find the perfect products to get rid of the back dye in my hair. He saved me from going to a salon and spending 100s of dollars, or having to cut all my hair off. He knew exactly what I needed and was super friendly. I dont know his name but thank God for him!"

"One girl there when I walked in. Way in the back of store with back door open, playing on her tablet. Barely acknowledged I was there. Did not ask if I needed help with anything. Then when I was talking to my friend about a couple different products wondering what they were, the "sales associate" (still in back of store), rudely interrupted my conversation and with an incredibly snotty attitude told me what the products were. Awful customer service. I left the store without buying anything because the associate was so rude. I won't be returning to this store again."
