"The Pharmacy services have declined significantly in the last year. I've stopped by 3X to pick up a prescription dropped off 5 days ago and today they are saying the insurance wants a prior auth, which they just sent to doc today. (For clarity, I did my second drop in yesterday at 2:15, but pharmacy was closed for lunch.) Scripts are normally completed in a day. If something is delayed 4 days, it seems a courtesy call to the customer would be good customer service!!"

"Horrible. Always a problem. Either it takes a week or more for insulin, when your glucose is running 4-600 or the needles to inject it are missing after waiting through excuse after excuse to even get the medication. A lot of faxes never received excuses etc. They despise us Mainecare peeps. Total Discrimination especially the oldest man.There was a young man that I talked to who demanded to know where my eczema was & how big the area was etc. because he didn’t have enough medication so he was going to change my prescription but is not my doctor!?"

"Best pharmacy staff, best pharmacists, beat interns. Hands down the better option if choosing between CVS and this place. Rxs are filled on time, calls made if they can't be, a medication that another pharmacy refused to order is easily ordered here. I cannot rave enough about how nice and accommodating these kind folks are here. Do yourself a favor and try them out because they are awesome sauce."
