Reviews
"I would give 0 stars if I could. Scheduled a vaccine appointment and arrived on time and the pharmacy was just…closed. There were a bunch of other people waiting to pick up prescriptions and there was no number we could call or anything to find out what was going on. Wouldn’t recommend getting prescriptions or vaccines from here."
"I have never left a bad review before, but there is one pharmacy tech who is incredibly rude and condescending. I also work in healthcare (I’m a nurse) and understand it’s rough times, but there is no reason to be so nasty. She has been unkind on multiple occasions. Everyone else who works there has been fine besides the one unkind tech."
"This CVS needs Customer service training ASAP! We experienced sarcastic words , also they are talking to customers from a long distance instead of facing them respectfully. Sincerely Eduardo L"
"I never have problems like this or leave bad reviews because I know how hard customer service can be so I’m always nice even when people are clearly just having a bad day but I want to cry after getting off the phone with one of the women working here. I’m not sure the name because I didn’t ask but she was extremely condescending and rude when I got confused and answered wrong or asked for clarification while she was asking me a bunch of rapid fire questions. I know sometimes people have bad days and I don’t take that personally but but it was like talking to a mean girl in high school and I had been nothing but nice to her. At one point I got tongue tied because I was nervous and kinda hurt at that point and she just kept asking the question over and over and then made some passive aggressive remarks when it took me a second to answer. This is the first time I've experienced anything like this and it makes me rethink transferring my prescriptions there out of genuine fear of having to interact with her again."
"The pharmacist “Jen” is completely unprofessional and rude. It’s been over a week waiting for my infants formula and she wants to blame it on my insurance. I called my insurance and already explained to her yesterday that cvs just needed to have the correct code for the insurance to accept. I tried to explain this to Jen and she literally hung up the phone on me after telling me to be patient. After over a WEEK of waiting and being “patient”…. Absolutely will not be back. Very disappointed. Extremely unprofessional."
