Walmart Pharmacy,

"Used them for years & just made the switch to rite aid in Rochester & I wish I had done it sooner. The pharmacy staff here at this Walmart are so rude & snippy & have the worst attitude no matter how kind & polite you are to them. & now seeing the reviews from others having the same experience, I know it wasn’t just me that felt this way. Extremely relieved to be done with this place."

"I wish you could do 0 stars! The lady at the pharmacy is the most unhelpful and rude. If you do not like your job, or helping people who need their medications you should reconsider your career field. She had 0 sense of urgency or sympathy."

"If I could give negative stars I would. These pharmacy techs are incompetent and have zero sense of urgency. Waited for an insulin prescription for over an hour then they told me that they needed a paper copy of the script that my dr sent over. As I was calling my dr (like they asked me to) they closed the metal shutters on me so they could have lunch. For your sanity, medical safety, and emotional well-being, avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I am a patient human and understand that hiccups happen, but this was beyond unprofessional and they were impatient and rude. If I go into DKA they can expect a lawsuit."

"If 0 stars was an option then I’d do that. Because even 1 star, to be seems generous. Every interaction I have had with this pharmacy has been so rude and impersonal. Most of the time they don’t even answer the phones in a friendly way. Just a in a monotoned “Walmart pharmacy”. I have yet to meet a nice staff member yet. Needless to say I’ll be switching pharmacies, and I advise everyone to avoid this one."

"This is the second time I waited when there were several associates and one person they were waiting on with a problem so fine I waited though after 25 minutes realized there are several associates that could assist me and not one did or even acknowledge me waiting there, at least say something, apologize...day something. I counted besides the 2 pharmacists 4 other associates besides the one assisting someone in front of me with an insurance issue that was taking a lot of time & again not once did anyone help me or even apologize or say we'll be with you shortly...no acknowledgement at all! Very dissatisfied once again & they almost seem like they do not care, I don't know maybe that's my frustration with the situation though that was how I felt, it was like I wasn't even there, last time the associate was kind of rude when I asked questions, both at drop off & pick up. I will be changing to a different pharmacy."
