"I have had a very poor experience using Tufts Health Direct through the MA health connector. They do not communicate to one another and I have been battling the same medical bills for over 6 months now. To top it off they are from 2015, over two years ago. I face being sent to collections because they cannot communicate clearly. And this is supposed to be a system that is affordable and understandable to the masses. Short of being an oms bud man or advocate yourself, it is very difficult to navigate through their system as an everyday person."

"I totally agree with Cindy! As a provider, I'm done! I'm a provider of every other insurance in the area and have never had the problems with claims and even getting through to a human on the telephone. I'm so glad my clients no longer have this insurance."

"There has not been ONE single claim this year that I've not had to work long and hard at getting paid. And the majority of our claims have been preventive which should be covered at 100% They immediately DENY claims. I wonder how many people just pay their provider as a result. This plan is HORRIBLE. Among the many customer service people I've spoken with, only one had merits."

"Tufts Network Health *is not* Tufts Health insurance. It's a completely different plan that also administrates the MassHealth and Medicare plans. Providers are very limited, and there is no out-of-network coverage. I'm paying premium prices through the HealthConnector for a plan that is anything but premium. Buyer Beware."
