"I've had harvard pilgrim over ten years. Representatives always pleasant. I have complex rarer medical condition so I have to deal with HPHC alot. If someone doesn't have the answer they will find it. I have no complaints. I like my health insurance company!"
"i started using Harvard health care when i was forced to use it by the state of Mass. for living in Florida as a retiree. i have never had issues using any insurance in my life. first i find out they were hacked and haven't fully recovered from that issue. they have told me that they are working on new cards however no real date was given to me. the problem i am having is i call a doctor's office for an appointment, they ask me your insurance number, i tell what it is and i automatically get cut off " sir no insurance number starts with letters but we will see what we get and i get told we can't find you in our system we can;t help you. however on the back of my card it tells them how to access my information yet no one here wants to do that and tells me it's my problem. first this isn't how any insurance should work yet Harvard pilgrim has made it difficult for me to get medical care and isn't helping me fix the issue. second i have been dealing with Harvard pilgrim since July and it's difficult to get anyone on their lines to speak to about changing my number or correcting the problem. second i am paying for a service i can't use properly the way it was intended to be used or a company like Harvard healthcare pilgrim doesn't seem to want to fix the issue.. I ask two questions to the president and board of directors is.....First, is this the quality care of health insurance that you would expect to receive from your medical insurance? SECOND...do you as the President or any Board members have to call member services every time to make an appointment to be told Harvard pilgrim has to make your appointments? I asked to speak to the president many times and I was told the President doesn't speak to people like you! I encourage the board to remove such a President that is hidden and can;t be bothered to deal with people like me that pay his salary. I am in the process of seeking legal representation for this issue yet I shouldn't have to do so, no President or Board members should not be secluded to the public for the salaries they get paid to the public to deal with of our issues with their services. Enclosing everyone can contact the President of the United States, yet you can't contact the President of Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare."
"Approved treatment for a head injury and after three month took it back without notifying me saying I didn't fill out a survey that explains how I got the injury. I never got the survey and received a bill from the hospital for 5000 dollars 11 months later. What kind of strange system is this!"
"Everything was perfect before cyber attack, after that my nightmare started. Already 2 and a half month I am waiting to add my “newly” born son on my policy. I am paying for his pediatrician appointments and then have to claim payment and it is insane. They should just pay to the hackers and keep good customer service!!!!!!!"

I have been waiting for 10 days to have access to your doctor directory so I can choose another doctor. I filed a grievance about the first one I choose. Now I wait with an unresolved medical issue. What have I been paying for since February? Poor service and no way to choose another doctor."
